James Milligan, MBA

James Milligan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Wild Media Entertainment, a diversified studio specializing in premium content for a global audience. With a career defined by strategic growth and vertical integration, James oversees the business affairs and executive vision for Wild Media's four key pillars: Feature Film, Television, Animation and Visual Effects.

James' executive yet entrepreneurial-style leadership has been instrumental in bridging the gap between creative development and commercial success. He successfully led Wild Media to fully finance their first feature film, Project Ithaca (partially financed by Universal Studios Canada), and has negotiated options for award-winning IP such as the YA novel The Dogs, released in 2025 as their second feature film. His ability to secure and manage complex development deals is a hallmark of his career, with a portfolio that includes Metal Giants (Corus/Teletoon), Bigfoot Buddies (Mattel/HIT Entertainment) and the unscripted hit Angry Planet (Amazon Prime).

Recognizing the critical role of technology in modern storytelling, James led the acquisition of a boutique VFX studio to launch WildFX in 2018. Under his leadership, WildFX is now operating in both Vancouver and Toronto markets, offering multiple disciplines and specialized services from script breakdowns and budgeting, to on-set supervision and final composition.

Anthony Artibello

Anthony Artibello

Anthony is a writer, producer and creative executive working at the intersection of storytelling, technology and audience experience. As co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Wild Media Entertainment, he leads development and acquisition across feature film, scripted television and children's content, with a sharp focus on building distinctive, high-quality IP.

His credits include co-producing the sci-fi feature, Project Ithaca, co-writing and co-producing The Dogs (adapted from Allan Stratton's bestselling novel) and writing for numerous animated series including Max & Ruby, Rev & Roll and Corn & Peg, where he also served as story editor.

An early adopter of AI-driven creative tools and interactive platforms, Anthony brings a forward-looking, transmedial lens to how stories are developed, experienced and shared. He believes the next generation of storytelling will be immersive, participatory and creatively expansive, and is passionate about partnering with bold creators who are ready to build it.

Jeff Bruneel

Visual Effects Supervisor — WildFX

Jeff Bruneel

Jeff Bruneel is a veteran Visual Effects Supervisor and the creative lead for solutions at WildFX, with a career spanning over 25 years of technical innovation and storytelling. Since entering the industry in 1997, Jeff has contributed to over 70 film and television projects, building a reputation for bridging complex technical execution with creative vision.

His work is anchored by high-level industry recognition, including the Oscar-nominated District 9 (Best Visual Effects) and the Emmy-nominated 11.22.63 (Outstanding Special Visual Effects). Most recently, his work on the acclaimed feature In Flames earned a 2024 Canadian Screen Award nomination, cementing his status as a leading force in the North American VFX landscape.

A graduate of Fanshawe College's award-winning editing program, Jeff combines a "veteran's eye" with a modern, narrative-first approach to VFX. His extensive portfolio includes global blockbusters and prestige dramas such as Watchmen, Marvel's Black Adam, The Expanse and the hit series Yellowjackets.

As the head of WildFX, Jeff remains at the forefront of the industry's evolution, championing a forward-moving perspective on the integration of AI in visual effects. He views AI as a powerful extension of the creative toolkit, one that enhances efficiency and expands the boundaries of visual storytelling while keeping the artist's intent and the narrative's heart at the center of every solution.

Perry Dellelce

Strategic Advisor

Perry Dellelce

Perry Dellelce is a founder and managing partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada's leading corporate finance and transactional law firms. Perry practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, offering a unique blend of legal and corporate finance experience across technology, natural resources, financial services and sports and entertainment. He has been recognized as one of Canada's leading practitioners in technology and global mining.

Beyond the firm, Perry holds a wide range of board and advisory roles. He was a founding member and Chair of WD Sports & Entertainment, a full-service sports and broadcast talent management agency, and serves as a director of Loft Entertainment Inc., a venture capital, advisory and management company active in music, media, film and entertainment. Perry is deeply engaged in community leadership as Chair of the Canadian Olympic Foundation, past Chair of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Foundation and co-chair of Western University's $1 billion "All In" capital campaign. He holds honorary doctorates from Laurentian University, Western University and the University of Ottawa.

Perry serves as a Strategic Advisor to Wild Media Entertainment, where his entrepreneurial drive and deep transactional experience help open doors across the film, television and digital landscape.

Paul Flint

Strategic Advisor

Paul Flint

Paul Flint is a founding principal of Wild Media Entertainment, where he served as Executive Producer on the company's two most recent feature films. Paul also helps identify and support the development of film, television and digital properties. An entrepreneur, creative thinker and technology evangelist, Paul is known for bringing an avant-garde sensibility to everything he does.

Paul is also the Chief Information and Technology Officer of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada's leading corporate finance transactional law firms. He has been with Wildeboer Dellelce since it opened its doors in 1993 and has played a key role in the strategic growth of the firm, leading its technology function through more than three decades of change in the legal industry. Paul is a vocal champion of emerging tools and the AI-native workplace.

Paul was also a founding member and CIO of both WD Capital and WD Sports & Entertainment. Earlier in his career, Paul was an active member of the Ontario film industry, working with Roger Corman's Toronto-based liaison and leading a number of film and television projects into development. He was a co-founder of the Ontario Film Production Group, a community-based organization supporting independent filmmakers and creatives.

Paul is actively involved in community and charitable initiatives across health, youth development and the arts. He holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto and completed an executive leadership program at the University of Notre Dame.

Mathieu Seguin

Mathieu Seguin

Mathieu Seguin is a cinematographer from Sudbury, Ontario whose work spans commercials, features and documentaries. His technical and logistical understanding of production, alongside his mastery of light, has seen his films play internationally and across film festivals.

Mathieu is an alumnus of the American Film Institute (AFI) in Los Angeles, one of the world's most prestigious film schools — having graduated with a Master's Degree in Cinematography. Among hundreds of international applicants, only 28 were selected for his cohort.

Andreas Maaninka, Vancouver

Andreas Maaninka, Vancouver

Originally from Sweden, with a long list of credits from London, Wellington, Tokyo and now Vancouver, Andreas Maaninka is a seasoned visual effects supervisor with credits including Avatar, The Dark Knight and Blade Runner 2049, among many other projects in film, television and commercials — assisting on numerous Oscar and BAFTA wins for Best Visual Effects.

With a focus on production visual effects supervision and close collaboration with filmmakers, Andreas excels in finding creative solutions to complex challenges. His extensive experience overseeing film shoots brings confidence and precision to every project from the earliest stages of production.
